1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Muze, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not fully understand and agree to these terms, you may not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Muze is a music statistics platform that allows you to track your listening history and get insights into your music taste. It allows you to import streaming history from Spotify and track your listening history in near real-time.

You agree to use Muze in a way that is respectful to other users
You agree to use Muze in a way that does not violate any laws or regulations
You agree not to use Muze to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property rights
Muze shows data from Spotify and other music streaming services. We do not claim ownership of this data and acknowledge the intellectual property rights of the respective owners.
Any user-generated content on Muze is owned by the user who created it, and they retain all rights to it.
Any other content on Muze is owned by us and may not be used without our permission. Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
As most of the data on Muze is provided by third-party services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this data.
Although we aim to provide a reliable and stable service we acknowledge that we may not be able to provide this service at all times.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using Muze.
8. Termination
As a user, you may terminate your account at any time by using the related option through Settings. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms of service.
Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted from our servers.
Some data might be retained for a short period.
One such set of data is diagnostics and logs that we use to monitor the health of our service. This data is retained for a period of time and will be deleted after the retention period of our diagnostics data.
In addition, any uploaded content is deleted asynchronously, so there may be a delay between account termination and the deletion of your content.

9. Dispute resolution
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and any disputes arising from these terms and that cannot be otherwise solved through negotiation or mediation will be settled in the courts of the Netherlands.
We aim to resolve any disputes that may arise in a fair and timely manner.

10. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website.
